The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message so I can respond. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information.

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to the Aesculapian Society. Web3Forms acts as a service provider and applies its own security and retention practices. You can also contact me directly at [email protected].

Website hosting and external platforms

The site is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process routine technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for security and delivery. Links to Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible, and YouTube take you to services with their own privacy policies.

You may ask me to correct or delete a contact message by emailing the address above. I do not sell contact-form information or use it for unrelated marketing.
